What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no logins, and no advertising or tracking pixels. You can send me information through the contact form or by email. The site also uses the spam protection and aggregate analytics described below.
The contact form
When you submit the form, the following is collected:
- Your name, company or organization, role (if you provide one), and email address
- The message you write
- The date and time of submission
It is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or shared for anyone else's purposes.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser for that check, including your IP address, under its own terms.
Where the information goes
- Cloudflare hosts this site, runs the form's processing, and stores submitted inquiries so none are lost if email delivery fails.
- Resend delivers the notification email that tells me an inquiry has arrived.
- iCloud Mail handles mail sent to info@wellgoverned.ai.
Each of these providers processes the information on my instruction.
How long it is kept
Form submissions stored on this website expire automatically30 days after receipt. This expiry does not delete notification emails or subsequent correspondence from my mailbox. Correspondence that turns into an engagement is retained under the terms of that engagement. You can ask me to delete an inquiry sooner.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and website performance, including page views, referrers, browser and device information, and loading times. It does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or session replay, and does not collect the contents of your contact-form fields. It does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@wellgoverned.ai and say so plainly; no particular form of words is needed.
